Niagara Custom Crush Studios is a winery in Vineland, Ontario. We work with a variety of local wineries, growers, and independent brands from harvest to bottling. This is a great opportunity to work alongside our team and get hands-on experience with both commercial and small-batch winemaking.

What you'll be helping with:

• 🍇 Grape receiving, crushing & pressing
• 🍷 Fermentation, pump-overs & punch-downs
• 🧪 Juice/wine movements, racking & additions
• 🛢️ Tank & barrel work
• 🧼 Cleaning, sanitizing & keeping the cellar running smoothly
• 🔧 General hands-on cellar tasks as things come up

What we're looking for:

Previous experience is a bonus, but definitely not a dealbreaker. What matters most is that you're:

• Reliable, hardworking & ready to get your hands dirty
• Comfortable working on your feet for long periods of time & lifting 48+ lbs
• Good at following instructions & willing to ask questions
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Ready for a fast-paced environment where every day can look a little different

📍 Location: 3201 King Street, Vineland, Ontario
💰 Pay: Starting at $22.50/hour, with competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
📅 Season: Late August/Early September – Late November 2026
🕐 Schedule: Flexible availability is essential - harvest can mean early mornings, late nights, weekends and longer shifts when things get busy.

These durable food-grade plastic lugs are vented on the sides and bottom to improve drainage and airflow during harvesting, transport and short-term storage. They stack securely when loaded and nest when empty, reducing the space required for storage and return transport. Complete vineyard bird-netting system comprising 18 Plantra AviGard Flex Diamond Mesh single-row nets and a purpose-built tractor-mounted applicator. Each net measures approximately 17 ft wide × 1,000 ft long, providing a total nominal coverage of 18,000 row feet. The ¾-inch knitted diamond mesh stretches in both length and width, allowing it to conform to different trellis and canopy dimensions. The nets have been used for approximately eight seasons. Some tears and repairs are present, but they remain in good working order. All original heavy-duty storage bags are included. Features include: 17 ft × 1,000 ft nominal size per net ¾ in × ¾ in knitted diamond mesh Flexible construction for varying canopy dimensions Centre stripes to assist with alignment during application Reinforced edges to resist tearing UV-resistant material Suitable for vineyards and other row crops All reusable storage bags included The applicator was custom supplied by the netting supplier and mounts to the rear three-point hitch of a standard tractor. It allows the nets to be applied with three people plus the tractor operator and removed with one person plus the tractor operator. This is considerably faster and less labour-intensive than installing and removing side-wall netting. Replacement AviGard Flex nets remain available new from the manufacturer, making it straightforward to replace individual nets or expand the system.
